1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Trip Holiday's services, booking any travel package, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • A non-refundable booking fee applies to all reservations
  • Full payment must be received before the departure date
  • Partial payment options available (30% advance, balance before 15 days of travel)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed
  • All payments must be made in the specified currency
  • Credit card charges and transaction fees are borne by the customer

3. Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary passports, visas, and permits
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from date of return
  • We provide visa assistance but do not guarantee visa approval
  • Visa rejection or delay is not our responsibility; standard cancellation charges apply
  • It is customer's responsibility to verify entry requirements for all destinations
  • Health certificates and vaccination proof may be required for certain destinations

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Typically Included:

  • Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
  • Meals as mentioned in the package (usually breakfast)
  • Transportation as per itinerary
  • Sightseeing and entry fees as mentioned
  • Services of professional guides
  • Applicable taxes

Typically Excluded:

  • Airfare (unless specified in package)
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, tips, etc.)
  • Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Optional activities and excursions
  • Visa fees and passport charges
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in inclusions

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy carefully before booking. Refund processing takes 15-30 working days.

6. Changes & Modifications

Date changes and itinerary modifications are subject to our Date Change Policy and vendor approval. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and personal accident. Trip Holiday is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages during the trip.

8. Health & Safety

  • Customers must ensure they are medically fit to travel
  • Pre-existing medical conditions should be declared
  • Required vaccinations and health precautions are customer's responsibility
  • We are not liable for health issues arising during travel
  • Pregnant women should consult doctors before booking adventure activities
  • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times

9. Force Majeure

Trip Holiday is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control including: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events. In such cases, we will assist with rebooking or provide credits for future travel, but cannot guarantee refunds.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information at the time of booking
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled activities and transfers
  • Follow local laws, customs, and cultural norms
  • Respect other travelers and local communities
  • Not engage in illegal activities
  • Take care of personal belongings
  • Follow safety instructions provided by guides

11. Liability Limitations

  • We act as intermediary between customers and service providers
  • Not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other vendors
  • Not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during the trip
  • Maximum liability limited to the total package cost paid
  • Not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

12. Complaints & Disputes

Any complaints must be reported immediately during the trip and followed up in writing within 7 days of trip completion. We will investigate and respond within 15 working days. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of local courts.

13. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information only for booking purposes. Your data is protected and not shared with third parties except service providers necessary for trip arrangements. We comply with data protection regulations.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, and designs are property of Trip Holiday and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of modified terms.
