Cancellation Policy

Package Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days prior to the departure date:

Days Before Departure Cancellation Charges
More than 45 days 10% of total package cost
30 to 45 days 25% of total package cost
15 to 30 days 50% of total package cost
7 to 15 days 75% of total package cost
Less than 7 days or No-show 100% of total package cost (No Refund)

Flight Ticket Cancellation

  • Flight cancellation charges are as per airline policy
  • Different airlines have different cancellation rules
  • Non-refundable tickets cannot be cancelled
  • Refundable tickets incur airline cancellation fees
  • Service charges of $25 per ticket will be applicable

Hotel Booking Cancellation

  • Hotel cancellation is subject to hotel's cancellation policy
  • Generally, 7-15 days notice is required for full refund
  • Peak season bookings may have stricter policies
  • Some hotels charge 1-night room rent for late cancellations

Force Majeure Conditions

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.):

  • We will work with vendors to minimize your losses
  • Refund will be provided as per vendor policies
  • In most cases, credit/voucher for future travel may be offered
  • Complete refund cannot be guaranteed in such situations

Refund Process

  • Refund request must be made in writing via email
  • Processing time: 15-30 working days from cancellation date
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method
  • Bank processing time may add 5-7 working days
  • Deductions will include cancellation charges and non-refundable components

Special Packages & Offers

Packages booked under special offers, promotional rates, or with heavy discounts may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
  • Cancellation charges are cumulative and non-negotiable
  • Partial cancellations (reducing number of travelers) also incur charges
  • Service charges are non-refundable in all cases
  • For group bookings, separate terms may apply
