Package Date Change Charges
We understand that plans can change. Our flexible date change policy allows you to modify your travel dates subject to the following charges:

| More than 45 days | 5% of package cost + vendor charges |
| 30 to 45 days | 10% of package cost + vendor charges |
| 15 to 30 days | 25% of package cost + vendor charges |
| 7 to 15 days | 40% of package cost + vendor charges |
| Less than 7 days | Date change not permitted |
Flight Date Change
- Flight date changes are subject to airline availability and fare difference
- Airline rescheduling charges apply (typically $50-$150 per person)
- If new fare is higher, difference must be paid
- If new fare is lower, difference is non-refundable
- Low-cost carriers often don't allow date changes
- Our service charge of $25 per ticket applies
Hotel Date Change
- Hotel date modifications are subject to hotel availability
- Rate difference (if applicable) must be paid
- Peak season bookings may not be changeable
- Advance notice of at least 7 days required
- Some hotels charge modification fees
Terms & Conditions for Date Changes
- Date change requests must be made in writing via email
- Maximum 1 date change allowed per booking
- New travel dates must be within 6 months from original date
- Date change cannot be combined with package modifications
- Seasonal packages cannot be changed to different seasons
- Group booking date changes require all members' consent
- Special offer packages may not be eligible for date changes
Date Change Process
- Request Submission: Send email with booking reference and desired new dates
- Availability Check: Our team checks availability for new dates (24-48 hours)
- Quotation: We provide revised quotation with charges and fare differences
- Payment: Pay the date change charges and fare difference (if any)
- Confirmation: Receive updated booking confirmation with new dates
Name Change Policy
In addition to date changes, we also allow name changes under certain conditions:
- Minor corrections (spelling errors) allowed free of cost within 24 hours of booking
- Complete name change treated as cancellation + new booking
- Flight tickets: Name changes generally not permitted (airline policy)
- Hotel bookings: Name changes possible with hotel approval
- Service charge of $30 applies for permitted name changes
Peak Season Restrictions
During peak travel seasons (December-January, Summer vacations, Long weekends, Festival periods), date changes may not be possible due to limited availability. Cancellation policy will apply in such cases.

Consider purchasing trip protection insurance which covers date changes and cancellations for medical emergencies, natural disasters, and other covered events. This can save you from significant date change charges.
